Yes it’s no problem to engage in oral sex! If mess is a problem either do it in the shower or bathroom or put a towel down. You can also use dentaldams if you don’t want blood in your mouth or if she wants to keep the mess more contained. Other than that have fun! Just make sure she’s really into it and make sure there’s not some other reason why she might think it’s a bad idea besides health issues.
