well, for people who want to try double penetration with two people who have penises, the best position is one underneath you and one above you or you can try sex laying on your side, one on either side of you or standing up with one at your front and one at your back. You can also with one partner simulate double penetration using a toy either in your anus or vagina depending on where you want your partner and either they or you could either move it around or you can just leave it (either a dildo,anal toy or vibrator) in. During masturbation you can try it, either with a toy that has a vaginal and anal stimulator, or with an anal toy and a vaginal one.
As with any penetration, be sure you’re ready for it. First do whatever foreplay you need, then probably preparing your anus would be easiest done first. Stretch your anus with fingers and use lots of lube, then once you’re situated you can penetrate your vagina. Hope this has helped!

I would strongly suggest practicing with dildos first. My partner and I actually found a toy that is made for gay men; the base is a heavy bottom so it doesn’t rock—it was helpful with figuring out positiions. But, application is always different!
