well you can’t really have an outie vagina, as the vagina is the actual opening that goes to your cervix, but I suppose you could have an outie vulva, although I’ve never really heard it in those terms. Vulvas (the part of your genital anatomy with the labia, clitoris, and where the opening of your vagina are located) come in many shapes and sizes. For some, all of the parts are concealed in the outer labia, for others, the inner labia and even the clitoris can stick out of the outer labia. I suppose that could be called an “outie vulva”
