I try to not use vagina and vulva interchangeably. I think it is important to know that the vagina is the actual hole and that the clitoris, labias and urethra are not part of the vagina but part of the vulva. However, for simplicity sake usually unless I’m actually referring to a part of the vulva I just say “vagina”
